‘O’ Ring Leak Detector system is to detect the cylinders, in which either ‘O’ ring is missing or ‘O’ ring is having rubber loss in any of the lips (Upper/Lower).

The machine is based on Pressure Drop Mechanism.

Capacity from 600 cylinders per hour to 2400 cylinders per hour with 1/2/3/4 Heads.

Automatic sort-out of leaked cylinders.

Ready for communication with PC for data collection.

HMI Display is provided with a Machine which shows Fault status and diagnostic information. Self-Diagnostics Feature.

Can be integrated with carousel filling system.
