  • Filling Accuracy - 98% (± 100 gms.) and 95% (± 50 gms.).
  • Exact Weight Cylinders; 80%.
  • Resolution 50 gms.
  • Dual Cut-off Filling System with Coarse and Fine filling.
  • Dimension – Diameter of Carousel System.
  • 6 to 12 Head – 4000 mm.
  • 18 Head – 5000 mm.
  • 24 Head – 6000 mm.

Features of 36 Point Carousel System

  • Single Inlet, Single Outlet.
  • Dual cut off for accurate filling.
  • No change in conveyor layout of 24 Head Carousel.
  • Only change required to make Tangential to Radial Inlet and Outlet.
  • No additional requirement of expansion of filling shed.
  • Conveyor speed to be upgraded to 24-25 meters per minute from Vision System to “O” Ring Leak Detector.
